Amazon Locker - Alny

Très pratique puisque situé sur mon chemin et à la sortie métro . Je l'utilise souvent.

I frequented the locker a lot for my packages. This past week it's completely dead without any reason or notification whatsoever. Went back to the place two days in a row and it's still completely off and unresponsive. The only available information is the phone number that goes to Amazon call center, reroutes you to an online chat service that doesn't help. No one in the shopping center is helpful, they want nothing to do with your package being stuck and the staff pass responsibilities to each other. Receptionist does not even try to connect you to a technician or security to help check the power supply cables. What an exemplary hospitality to not even willing to do the bare minimum. Two stars because I appreciated the previous services and still want to try to be objective. Like the French say: à fuir. I suggest using the Fran locker instead (just the other side of the room) they have someone in charge at Click & Services. And I'd advise to skip asking anyone in the mall at all because they simply don't care.
